How To Order Signs

WHOLESALE PRINTING & SIGNS

Ordering printing and signs is easy. Here is an overview of our ordering process.

Wholesale Signs Plus ONLY sells to resellers in the trade. This allows us to provide our resellers with the very best products at the best prices.

Resellers are required to maintain an active reseller certificate within their state to order signs. Please email support@wholesalesignsplus.com if you have questions.

Access our online pricing and catalogs by registering as a reseller below. 

REGISTER AS RESELLER

Before you can access our pricing, catalogs, or order signs, you must register as a reseller. It takes less than 1 minute to register. Complete the registration form and the system will send you a confirmation email. Click the link in the confirmation email to complete your registration and access login.

FIND YOUR SIGNS & PRINTING

After you’ve logged in as a reseller, you can simply navigate to the product you would like to order. Can’t find the product? You can use the search box at the top right of our website to locate the sign you want to order. As a registered reseller, you can also access our catalogs.

ORDER SIGNS & PRINTING

Once you’ve located the product you’d like to order, fill in your order information in the ORDER NOW form that is located under the pricing. You must be logged in to order signs & products from our website. You can also upload artwork by using the link at the bottom of our website.

Other Ordering Information

ORDER SIGNS FROM WHOLESAE SIGNS PLUS

All orders are processed in the order received. In most cases, orders received before 12:00pm CST will be
processed the same business day. Orders received after 12:00pm CST may not be processed until the next
business day.

All orders will receive an emailed confirmation that includes a pdf proof & invoice. Production will not begin until proof approval and payment are received. Payment can be made online via a QuickBooks link or paid by phone when you order signs. Production time starts on the day that approval and payment is received. Delays in order confirmation will result in additional production time.

A cancellation fee will apply to any order that is cancelled after approval and confirmation are received. Fee is based on how far into production the order is.

When you order signs, please remember to include the following:

  • Company name
  • Contact information
  • Proper artwork
  • Job specifications: Material, Size, Qty, Colors, Single/Double Sided, Flute direction and anything else specific to the job
  • Please specify if ordering on exact repeat

Shipping Information

Expedited service may be available for an additional fee. Contact customer service for price and availability.

All orders ore shipped via UPS Ground or Motor Freight. Shipping fee is calculated by weight and size.
All items over 24″x36″ are shipped via Motor Freight.
Please specify commercial or residential shipping address. Residential may not be available in all areas.
Motor Freight is not available in residential areas.

Blind shipping is available for UPS only. Please specify when placing your order.

Most frequent questions and answers

Please be sure to check your spam folder and any alternate “labels” or directories where your email client may have mistakenly filed the confirmation email. Search for an email that is from “orders@wspsigns.com.” If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please email orders@wspsigns.com to request an online account approval.

In order to access our online pricing and ordering system, you must first be registered as a reseller. We do not sell direct to the public. You must be a member of the trade (sign shop, graphic shop, etc) in order to become a registered reseller and access pricing and ordering. REGISTER NOW

When you place your order, you can upload the artwork directly on the order form. If you have contacted our shop and need to upload your artwork separately from your order, you can use the UPLOAD ARTWORK link at the bottom of our website.

SCREEN PRINTING ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

  • Vector Artwork is REQUIRED
  • Convert all fonts to paths/outlines
  • Identify specific PMS Colors; otherwise standard colors will be selected for you
  • Margin Requirements are specific to product; please see product details for margin information
  • Accepted File Formats: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .fs (Illustrator, Corel EPS, Flexi)

 

FULL COLOR PRINTING ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

  • Vector Artwork is preferred; Raster Artwork is acceptable at proper DPI (see below)
  • Convert all fonts to paths/outlines
  • Identify specific PMS Colors; otherwise standard colors will be selected for you
  • Bleed/Margin Requirements are specific to product; please see product details for bleed/margin information
  • 150 DPI minimum for Raster Artwork; recommended 300 DPI for best printing
  • Accepted File Formats: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .fs (Illustrator, Corel EPS, Flexi)

Screen printing requires exact colors to be assigned. Much different from full color printing. Wholesale Signs Plus uses a color swatch library of 21 standard colors.
